  I wrote a review three years ago and it wasn't good. I'm pleased to update that review today. Despite my frustration with wait times back then, I continued to use the practice. I've since had a total knee replacement and the operation, preceding visits, post visits and PT all went excellent. Wait times have significantly improved. I'm a big fan of everyone at this practice, particularly Dr. Frey!

  Waited in empty waiting room for 20 mins before even being called to check in. Put in exam room, waited for doctor for 10 more mins. Doctor comes in asks me to describe my situation. He cuts me off with the time out gesture, then asks me the question I'm answering. Tech knocked on door midway thru conversation; informs doctor he has a call, he then gets up walks out to take a call from another doctor. I could hear all of the conversation. It could definitely have waited! After watching the clock on the computer I walked out after 15 mins of him conversating. You would think someone would have tried to ask me what was wrong or stop me... nothing. I wonder how long it took for them to realize I was gone. As a health care professional myself this could not have been more unprofessional! Not to mention his lack of respect; my time is just as valuable as his!
